Communication passports can be integrated into AAC apps and software. There are various ways to do this, for example, adding information to separate buttons or adding photos and information in the style of a book. The format and content you can create will depend on the features available within the app.
Templates for a full Passport and 'one-page' style Passport are available for Grid and TD Snap. You can also make a matching printable version either by printing directly from Grid or TD Snap, or by taking a screenshot and printing, or sharing for someone else to print.
Grid full Passport

This grid set is based on the Communication Passport designed by CALL Scotland.
This grid set allows a user to navigate back to their communication pages and create phrases to add to the different sections of their Passport.
Alternatively, the pages can be created and edited by people working with the user.
Editing instructions are located throughout the grids.
